What this is

shovelstack is a place where people render quick opinions on products. Scores shown here are aggregated user opinion, nothing more. A high score is not an endorsement by shovelstack and a low score is not a statement of fact about any product or company.

Not affiliated

Product names, logos, and marks belong to their owners. Their appearance here identifies the product being discussed and implies no affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement in either direction, except where a placement is explicitly labeled as sponsored.

Voting

One verdict per product per person. Automated voting, vote manipulation, brigading, and circumventing the one-vote rule are prohibited, and we may discard votes or block access where we see it. Your positive verdicts may be displayed publicly with your connected identity. Negative verdicts are never publicly attributed.

Submissions

By submitting a product you confirm you have the right to share it and you accept that the crowd may judge it however it judges. We may edit taglines for clarity, remove listings that are broken, deceptive, unlawful, or spam, and decline anything at our discretion.

Accounts

Connecting an account is optional. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

No warranties

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of crowd scores, for product availability, or for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, which for most people is zero.
